Qualifications & Experience

image  Performance Experience

I have been singing professionally for weddings and functions since leaving Rose Bruford in 2008. This has included public charity events for Farleigh Hospice and Great Burstead “Ladies Day” as well as many private wedding ceremonies and receptions.

In 2010 I arranged and recorded “A Silent Wish”; an album of Christmas songs and carols which was endorsed by Anorexia and Bulimia Care. I sold over 150 CDs during December and raised £675 for the charity.

During my training I performed in productions including “The Eurovision Musical” (new writing) as well as The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts’ Christmas and Easter showcases.

From 2002-2004 I sang with the Billericay Studio Orchestra at concerts throughout Essex.

Before discovering singing, I was a keen violinist and pianist. From a young age I competed in numerous music festivals, and frequently earned the first place medal. I played violin with the Brentwood Junior String Orchestra, and later with the Phoenix Youth Orchestra, performing with them in concerts at the Royal Albert Hall and Brentwood Theatre. I also competed to regional level in the European Piano Teachers’ Association Competition.
